Administrative

2018 Budget:  Commissioner Klasell moved to sign Resolution 2017-12-14A to adopt the 2018 Budget as presented, Commissioner Harris seconded.

Commissioner Harris moved to sign Resolution 2017-12-14B authorizing investment of the municipal funds in the Local Government Investment Pool and designating the official(s) responsible for the deposit and withdrawal of such funds, Commissioner Klasell seconded.

Commissioner Harris moved to sign Resolution 2014-12-14C to update the Administrative and Operating Directives, Commissioner Klasell seconded.

Commissioner Klasell moved to transfer $400,000 to the LGIP investment pool from the LID fund balance, Commissioner Harris seconded.

Utility call center status:  The clerk reported that all required information has been submitted along with a map of the districts area.

Dam removal status:  Trout Unlimited is in the process of obtaining the necessary permits.  When completed, the job will go out for bid with contractors from our small works roster that can complete the project.

Accounts Receivable: $2,810.60 over 30 days past due; $4,530.32 over 90 days past due.  This includes the 2 parcels on which liens have been placed.  All past due customers have been reminded via email or phone message.

Commissioner Klasell presented the reconciled Treasurers Report for Nov. 2017.  As of 11/30/17 our funds are $61,034.59 with the county.  We have $187.76 in Imprest, and our Imprest expendenteritures for Nov were $196.88 for mileage and $115.36 for Cascade Analytical.

No payments were received in Nov for the LID. The 11/30/17 balance in the LID fund remains $407,570.52.

Commissioner Harris moved to sign the O&M warrant in the amount of $ 2,510.90.    Commissioner Klasell seconded, motioned passed

Commissioner Harris moved to sign the October payroll warrant for $785.50, Commissioner Klasell seconded, motion passed.

Also approved was mileage for Commissioner Klasell in the amount of $73.83 and mileage for Clerk Kinney in the amount of $92.02

Commissioner Harris adjourned the meeting at 11:25 am
